Referral Process:
Because we are a specialty practice, patients must be referred by their primary care physician.
Prescription Refill Process:
Prescription renewal calls should be made to 444-5445. Requests are approved by the attending physician and then processed. We require a two-day notice for prescription renewals.

Located on Rhode Island Hospital campus - Ambulatory Patient Center (APC Bldg)
From Points North:
- Take Route 95 S to exit 19 (Eddy Street).
- When you exit, stay in the middle lane and cross Eddy Street, you are now on Dudley Street.
- Take your first right (Gay Street) and then another right (directly after Women & Infants, which will be on your right).
- Public parking is located at the second driveway on the left. The APC building is directly across the street.
From Points South:
- Take Route 95 N to exit 18 (Thurbers Ave).
- Keep to the left at the fork and go straight through the first light and take a right at the second light onto Eddy Street.
- Go down to the second light (Dudley Street) and take a left.
- Take your first right (Gay Street) and then another right (directly after Women & Infants, which will be on your right).
- Public parking is located at the second driveway on the left. The APC building is directly across the street.
