After Hours Coverage:

We have a 24 hour answering service for routine message and there is a physician on call 24 hours per day. After normal business hours the physician on-call may be contacted by calling our main number and following the prompts to reach our answering service.

Referral Process:

If one of our physicians is your primary care doctor, we can refer you to specialists within the community as is appropriate. We will coordinate your care with all specialists that you see. You may also chose to keep your current primary care physician and see one of our Geriatricians as a specialist.

Prescription Refill Process:

For prescription renewals, please have your pharmacy call the office during our office hours. Please do not wait until you are out of medication to call, as it may take us some time to process your request.

Directions and Parking:

From 95 North:

• Take exit 27 (downtown Pawtucket)
• At third light, take a right onto George Street.
• Follow George Street to fork in the road, bear to the left (through left).
• Bear right at the green/yellow sign (Lincoln Medical Center).
• This is East Avenue, follow to 407 (Geriatrics Practice is on the right).

From 95 South:

• Take exit 27 (North Providence)
• Take a left onto George Street, continue straight.
• At third light, bear left at fork in the road.
• This is East Avenue, follow to 407 (Geriatrics Practice is on the right).

From the East Side of Providence:

• Hope Street becomes East Avenue once you enter Pawtucket. The Geriatrics Practice is on the left.
